- Fusilli Mari E Monti- homemade fusilli pasta in a broccoli puree, cherry tomatoes, fresh shrimp and calamari
- Mezzelune Cremose- homemade mezzelune ravioli stuffed with mascarpone cheese and pear tossed in asiago cream cheese with speck and portobello mushrooms
- Vitello Allo Chef- veal medallions saute with artichokes, fresh Floridian shrimps and capers in a lemon white wine sauce
- Maalino in Carrozza- crispy pork loin stuffed with brocooli and fresh homemade mozzarells topped with talleggio cream cheese
- Merluzzo Napoletano- fresh fillet of cod saute with garlic and extra virgin olive oil with potatoes and cherry tomatoes
- Pesce Spada Al Pinzimonio- fresh teak of swordfish grilled and served with fresh Floridian shrimps and topped with Pinzimonio
